Why not just download the free app and give it as much of a spin as you can. You should be able to determine whether it’s got basic accessibility features. I like the idea though.
Be careful buying HP branded Ink. It’s usually way way over priced. I have an HP 551N laser color printer for example and HP charges about $300 for a refill or $70 from Ink Technology LLC.
