Hi: I have my Windows PC, My Mac, my iphone. For TV, I have an Apple 4th gen TV. I was thinking about getting a second Apple TV, or another device for my second TV in the living room. On that TV in the living room, since it is near a Window, I'd get an OTA antenna to catch my local channels.

My Samsung TV supports Netflix and Hulu among others very nicely with accessibility features. Apple TV is another good option that can be hit or miss but the apps you mention I think specifically are accessible. Amazon Fire TV they tend to work ok as well.
