Not having ever played it Farmville is an interesting phenom with about
69M monthly users. That makes it more popular than Twitter. With that
level of popularity comes some measure of responsibility including
accessibility. That said, I think it's implemented using Flash which
pretty much eliminates the possibility of accessibility for the Mac
until Adobe starts to care.

Sorry, couldn't resist, but to answer your actual question, a few
totally blind mac using friends haven't had that much luck with it; I
always assumed that this wasn't possible - probably for the best
really.
