Hi Donna, Sorry to hear, that’s very frustrating. Could you try the following?
1. Navigate to System Preferences, Users and Groups. 2. In the “users, groups, and login options” list, navigate to “login options”. 3. Make sure the "Use VoiceOver in the login window” checkbox is checked. If it’s unchecked and dimmed, activate the “click the lock to make changes” button, and enter your password. Then try again. 4. Reboot the computer and test again. Does this help at all Donna?
