Hi all, please do bear with me as I’m not the most technologically-minded
person around, but I do pick things up pretty fast.

I have a Windows 10 install DVD, but my Mac doesn’t have a CD drive. I was
wondering if it’s possible to use a friend’s Mac to burn the DVD onto a thumb
drive and install onto my Mac that way? If so, how big of a flash drive would I
need to reliably achieve this task, and how would I go about actually doing the
burning process?

Also, if anyone has any resources on VM Fusion or any other kind of
dual-booting software for the Mac, please feel free to share all your knowledge
and opinions, as I”m still deciding how to do this.

Thanks so much for all your help, and at risk of this ballooning into a large
topic, feel free to write me off-list to minimize traffic:
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
