Hi Mary, I've not seen those in eMail messages, but have seen them many times on the web itself. In the past, VO didn't handle them well on the Mac either, although I believe that this has since been addressed. Sure, send me a message with them in it and I'll see if I can figure anything out. It may not be super quick, as I need to do some things for my real job today too :).
