Hi Mark, Crazy but could apple have something in the IOS to stop these cables working?
I thought they did something similar a few years ago to stop non certified products being used. Is there some special method for connecting it to a device or do I simply have a bad unit? I just don't understand. I plug the adapter into the lightning port of the phone, then, insert the power cable into one port and the Ear Pods into the second port. My result, absolutely nothing. Just to be certain, I took all of my devices out of their respective cases to insure a snug fit. All Replies welcome.
