Mine was having issues, and hubby, sons etc were pulling it out of my hands to 
help. I finally said let me deal with this, googled it, and found my error was 
because the cable I was using wasn’t good enough, got the cable that shipped 
with the unit and all was well, totally blind from birth. My husband can’t set 
up or fix my mac. Is an IT for windows, knows nothing about macs!
