Hello Donna,

You can drag and drop the signature onto each account in turn using VoiceOver
and here's how you do it.
• Make sure the mouse is on the signature by first pressing VO-Command-F5 to
move the mouse to the VO cursor, then VO-F5 to hear what's under the mouse;
• Press VO-Shift-F3 to turn cursor tracking off;
• Press VO-Command-Shift-Space bar to pick up the signature;
• Navigate with VO to the desired account;
• Press VO-Command-F5 to bring the mouse to the VO cursor (you'll hear a
wooshing sound);
• Press VO-Command-Shift-Space bar to drop the signature.

Repeat this procedure for all your accounts.

Don't forget to put cursor tracking on again once you've dealt with all the
accounts.

I did this last week so I know it works.

Cheers,

Anne
