I believe you should be able to do this using the Audio Hijack app, which may be found here: https://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/
It is not a free application, so be sure to test the trial version first thoroughly if you intend to buy it. However, if memory serves you should be able to pick a specific app’s audio that you want to capture, then re-route it through the device of your choosing.
