Hi,

It seems that there's a bug in iTunes.  Even though the Tones reside on your 
iPhone, they're not showing up.  You can copy new ones over, and the Tones 
table will populate with the new ones, but I don't think that they really 
transfer properly.  When I did a copy of tones over to the iPhone, they just 
said "Copying" forever.  That may be because the tones already exist, but I'm 
not sure yet.  In any case, things aren't working totally as they should.
