Hi Maria, It is an account that was created for me by our company administrator, so I don't have a phone number associated with it, which you need to reset your password in Google.. It's looking like my best bet may be to have him send me a reset password link.
This whole password thing has gotten so crazy. Necessary, but still crazy.
