Hello Ramy,

I strongly recommend against using a 64 GB USB flash drive to make a Superduper 
backup.  The drive is simply too slow in order to be used to boot your Mac.  It 
can be done, however, the boot up process would take over 20 minutes or so.  
Also, even after the OS was up and running, it would take up to 10 minutes for 
anything to happen, such as opening an application such as Mail.

Purchase a Thunderbolt or USB 3 128GB or higher, spinning drive for your 
Superduper backups.
