Donna, I don't know if I will have time to play with this, but if you have a document that you can share on Dropbox or equivalent where you were having troubles withcomments/change information then perhaps somebody on list can review. I can't imagine the best solution for you would be to use pages to review updates and then do actual changes in Word.
