Hello, Mary, the library card and PIN number fields are completely accessible via VoiceOver.
Have you attempted to find these fields using the explore by touch, method? Just so you know, after receiving your post, I signed out of one of my libraries, turned on the screen curtain, so I could not use any vision whatsoever, and was able to successfully enter both my library card and PIN number in the app, using the explore by touch, method. I performed this on both my 6 Plus and 8 Plus; both with the latest release of iOS.
