Well, that narrows it down a bit. Looks like the javascript code on the site is optimized for use with Microsoft edge/internet explorer and seems to be hit or miss with other browsers on the windows platform. Btw, I tried safari, chrome and Firefox here on my Mac mini (OS X Mohave) and nothing inside the tabs were visible at all.
