Hi Jim, James, and Les,

Just wanted to say thanks for these suggestions.  I hadn't used Quickview, 
generally I prefer to just open the attachment, and then decide what I want to 
do with it.  However, in this case, it did let me view the document.  And 
James, making keyboard shortcuts is very cool!  I had no idea you could do 
this.  This could be useful in lots of situations. So thanks again, all for the 
help.
