All of these settings are correct. When windows boots up after using an auto install file to answer all the questions normal windows sounds work fine. What we're experiencing here is the fact that screen reader audio doesn't get sent out the default sound card. I have not tried hooking up a usb headset and seeing if this will allow me to change the settings on the main sound card.

If you turn vo on the mac off and focus on being in the vm fusion machine, Try enabling narrator and then try installing jaws or NVDA.
