Well, since Pages is accessible and Pages can publish EPUB and EPUB 3 is
equivalent to Daisy, I suppose I could say yes! Pages will create daisy books.
But I expect you are actually looking at audio books, so I am afraid your
question might not be full enough.
My apologies in advance for the snarky answer. Daisy / EPub are just HTML with
a few extra roles and tags then a web page. One can also include in either ePub
or Daisy a audio track that is synchronized with the text or outline using a
hthat is XML based.
I believe the best resources for discovering about Daisy is daisy.org
<http://daisy.org/> and I did not see any Macintosh references when I quickly
review the site.
