Hi,

I'm not sure on the specifics of that one.  Different Malware things have 
differing levels of complications with respect to removal.  Some, as you 
suggested, just take the deletion of the app, and a restart.  Others pretend to 
delete, then somehow automatically reappear.  These ones take a bit more 
effort, but usually can be deleted in the end.  See what happens with that app 
when you delete it and restart.
