Hi, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are all usable in both Safari and Chrome on the Mac. Notice that I said "usable", not "accessible". They work with both VO and ChromeVox but are rather finicky and you have to mess around a lot to find editable areas and such. I find them easier to use in iOS than on the web on a Mac. Web apps like Google Drive and Hangouts/Meet are more accessible and easier to use from my prospective, but that could be due to less editable areas.
Sorry, no guide that I'm aware of, but it's possible that there's one out there. I've just never looked for one. Later...
