Anders,
Did you ever put the home folder back on the internal drive? Can't helo but think that could resolve some things.

Hi!
There must be something odd with my Macintosh HD partition.
First time i ran disk inventory x it displayed all folders and such but i
didn’t take note of that so i ran it today again but now the scrolarea is empty.
I have done firstaid on the macintosh hd and also the container contining the
macintosh hd.
When i do this i get Overallocation detected on main device and then a bunch
of numbers.
This warning appears twice after eachother.
What i have done is to do some google searches on this space gone thing.
What i’ve found so far is that i could try run fsck -fy which i have done in
recovery mode but when i do this the mac base system seems to be ok.
But i don’t believe that.
There is something wrong with this harddrive.
SO i am planning to reformat and do a clean install.
What i would like to know is if i should reformat the apple ssd partition
containing the macintosh hd partition or if i only should reformat the
macintosh hd partition itself?
/A
