The theme's aspect makes sense considering how it is often assumed
people sort their on line news content. Choosing articles and sources
based on areas of interest, sports, entertainment food as you found etc.
I would be most surprised indeed if there was no way to arrange your
choices into some sort of favorites list, if not now in future.

Well, it is definite that there are magazines beyond the esses. There are
various categories, and when you double tap on one of those, like food for
instants or news and politics, you see titles which start beyond S. Wine
enthusiast for instance is under the food section. Vanity Fair was under
something, I can’t remember what. So I guess eventually maybe everything will
show up in the big listing. But it’s also nice to have the thing subdivided in
case you don’t want to have to scroll through all those names. I think this is
going to be a good service. I haven’t found a Favorites category. I’m hoping
that one will turn up. I would like to be able to put all the magazines to
which I would normally subscribe into a Favorites section.

I would add that the amount you are going to pay Apple, will actually end up
supporting those media sources financially. That knfb newsline thing does not
insure the journalism you are reading remains viable by providing that
journalism with financial support.
Mary, is it possible the newspapers are grouped under a different heading?
Indeed its only been out for a day, so, it might include the newspapers in the
morning when they are issued.

NFB doesn’t give you the whole thing. Lots of things are behind a pay wall.
Knfb does not give you that. Yes it’s accessible. At least it looks to be so
far. There are boatloads of magazines all in one place, and I had subscribed to
some of those as Kindle subscriptions. The 10 bucks a month I would pay Apple
is going to save me money over when I was paying Amazon for separate
subscriptions.

I just have ne point to quibble here? Wy pay for an Apple service when in at
the newsline can give you much of the same information if you’re really after
technological things. Do we even know if it even accessible. Most Apple has
guaranteed accessibility to the blind! Until then I won’t be signing up. In
appy Newsline it gives me what I need and I don’t have to worry about fighting
with technology in order to read it. Thanks but willtake a wait and see
attitude on this one.

I signed up for the free month trial of Apple news service. I am a bit baffled
regarding the list of magazines. I know it’s only the first day this is out, so
perhaps not too many have signed up for it yet. But I don’t understand why it
would appear that I am not seeing the full list of magazines. When I go to the
end of the very long list, I’m stopped in the case of my iPhone ex are with
Southern living being the last magazine. They are in alphabetical order. On my
7+, which I updated first, I got as far as sunset magazine, which should come
just after Southern living I guess, and no more. I do not see the Wall Street
Journal listed, although it is a newspaper technically and not a magazine. Same
for the Los Angeles times. I can’t see articles from those papers, but not the
whole paper. I was under the impression that we were going to get access to the
entire thing. The magazines look like the full deal. But those papers are not
in the listing. I wonder what I’m missing. It looks quite accessible. When you
double tap on a magazine title, it downloads and you can see the full listing
of the titles of articles and features. Then you double tap on one and you go
there. So that part looks good. But I’m just not understanding where are the
rest of the magazines. Nothing beginning with T through Z?
