Hi,

Yes, Georgina, you are correct in that if he has either a USB to ethernet, or 
thunderbolt to ethernet adaptor, a wired connection is doable.  I just don't 
suggest that often as most folks don't have those sorts of cable/adaptors 
easily accessible.  I do, but I'm a geek :).
