I found the problem,
it Doesn't work when window is in full-screen. So, now is working
perfectly as it should,
what can I say, my mistake.

I just tested it with three Pages documents on my 2017 MBP, and it
worked as it should with the cmd-accent combination. Usually, when
things like this don't work, it's either due to a shortcut conflict,
or mouse keys are enabled. Does cmd-w or cmd-o do the expected thing
of closing a window or opening something as expected? If so, then
it's most likely a conflict. Go into system Prefs, Keyboard, and see
if you have anything in there that uses the cmd-accent combination.
Also, restart your Mac to see if there's just an inconsistency that
is fixed by the restart.

This is so strange, yes now I know for sure that the key to the left
of number 1 is the accent, and in fact when I press shift plust
accent I got that symbol or whatever it is, however, nothing seems to
work to change from one document to another.

in the number row. Like Julie mentioned, you would need to press
shift to get it when typing. For the change window command though,
cmd-accent will do fine. If your keyboard is still being
uncooperative, use the Keyboard Practice command of VO-k, then press
