Isn’t there a “select all“ button somewhere in that selective sync screen? I believe we all had a workaround about this where you could simply select all, and then go through the list hitting on the ones you don’t want to sync. Another potential workaround is to use Be My Eyes app. People there would love to help you know which folders are selected and which aren’t as you move down the list and select and deselect folders.
