Well not really, it is more of a quick navigation tool. So you can make quick 
changes to some of your settings without having to go into the system settings. 
 I remember when I got  my first iPhone I couldn’t work out why one would need 
the rotor, but now I use it every day. 
If it turns out that the voice got changed through the rotor you can uncheck 
the language option in the rotor settings once you have your default voice 
back. But you can cross that bridge when you have restored Daniel to his 
correct place.
