Tim, Sorry but even when not in full screen mode the windows chooser does not work. Only solution (and this does not stick) is to VO+m to the menu, open the windows menu, and select “move tab to new window”. Then the window chooser works for the two open files. But when I launch TextEdit again, I’m back to where I started with those Tabs.
