I would suggest deleting and then resetting up the alarms you have and then using a different tone for the alarms, Something that is going to make a lot of noise I change my alarm tone to one of the classic alert tones so that it makes a noise I'm going to react to. And then I set multiple alarms that will hopefully get my attention.
