Hi Donna, I've never tried exporting a file from my phone but in Pages on the Mac you can export a file to many different formats including MS Word. This is what I use any time I'm going to need to work on a file using a computer or other device that supports Word files but not Pages. I know it's a bit more tedious than just being able to creat the file in Word in the first place but once you get used to it it really only takes a few extra seconds.
