If you can find a version of Yosemite to make the USB installer from,
that would be your best bet. Not sure how easy they are to find at this
point though as I've found that older signed installers no longer work
and you need to download a new one from Apple in order to get a workable
installer. I didn't look as far back as Yosemite last time I was
browsing MacOS installers, but did find El Capitan for sure.
