Hi, Are you moving InBoxes, or other mailboxes? For InBoxes, when you drop the dragged item, it always drops below the item you are focused on. For other mailboxes, they are usually arranged alphabetically within the parent folder/box. So, unless you are moving it to a different folder, or completely different mailbox location, I recommend that you don't attempt to re-arrange them.
