That depends on what 5 it is? If it is just a 5 than I think the latest OS is IOS 10 and the 5s is up to IOS 12. I think the SE can still be updated too 13. I actually find the standard voices better then the enhanced voices on all of the IOS versions and I think I entered the iPhone family with IOS 7. But like ET said, it might be time to upgrade your phone, but this isn’t always affordable for some people.
