The Clock app on an iPhone contains a World Clock feature. Open the Clock app, and select World Clock from the tabs along the bottom of the screen. Select Add in the upper right corner of the World clock screen to add a location. Cities you may want to select include Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle, among many others in the US Pacific time zone.
