I've not done time conversions on my Mac, but this kind of feature is a
common need for anyone working with colleagues around the globe.

I'd be very surprised if this was difficult to accomplish this on Apple.
I know my Android Clock app allows me to quickly see current time any of
dozens of world cities. I get to choose the ones I want at the top of my
list.

It's also an important feature when traveling internationally.

PS: Germany is generally 9 hours ahead of U.S. pacific Time, so 9:00 AM
in San Francisco will be 18:00 in Berlin.
