I've not done time conversions on my Mac, but this kind of feature is a common need for anyone working with colleagues around the globe.
I'd be very surprised if this was difficult to accomplish this on Apple. I know my Android Clock app allows me to quickly see current time any of dozens of world cities. I get to choose the ones I want at the top of my list. It's also an important feature when traveling internationally. There's also this very useful web service: https://TimeAndDate.com PS: Germany is generally 9 hours ahead of U.S. pacific Time, so 9:00 AM in San Francisco will be 18:00 in Berlin. Good luck!
