Hello, You need to sign into your account at apple.com <http://apple.com/>. Once you go to the apple.com <http://apple.com/> website there is a manage my Apple ID link towards the bottom of the page. Activate that link and you will be asked for your Apple ID and password. You should also get a code on your phone that you will need to put in. On the page that comes up after logging in there should be a section with trusted devices. In this section you should find the device you need to remove.
