I tried out what you suggested. And it did not seem to work on
Settings/Accessibility/Voice Over/Speaking Rate. Holding with One Finger
and Double Tapping did not seem to work. However, maybe I was doing it
wrong. I did eventually found something that worked. Expermentation time.
