If so, that may be part of your problem.  According to Google's accessibility  people, this recaptcha does not let you solve so to speak but  tries to tell if you are using adaptive technology and tracks accordingly.  Trying being the buzz word. Regardless Verizon's accessibility folks should both be aware and regardless of the reason, find a solution for you.
