Hi, If you go in to Settings, Privacy, you can see the COVID-19 setting. When inside this setting there is a Learn More button. It seems that there are certain apps that you can allow access of the COVID-19 tracking system too. It’s not available in my region, so I’m not totally familiar with the details of how it works.
