Hi,

On your iPhone, in Settings, Phone, find the item that says something about
“Calls on other devices, when nearby” and double-tap it. Make sure this
feature is turned on and that your Mac is also set to “on” on this screen.
With this enabled, calls that come into your iPhone can be answered on your Mac
using FaceTime, and you can make outbound calls using FaceTime on your Mac
using the iPhone’s calling capabilities. So, for example, if you wished to
call a friend on their land line, you’d just open FaceTime on your Mac, type
their number in the Search field, VO-right to the Audio button and VO-space on
it.

HTH.

Later…

How do you do that on your iPhone then as I said to you that FaceTime on the
Mac is not very good at the moment. I.e. I haven’t found it in the FaceTime
keyboard yet on the iPhone.
