Hi, Try going to System Preferences, Apple ID. Make sure that there is no pending updates within the Apple ID category. Sometimes, if updates to the security of your Apple ID are pending in this area, you’ll experience problems with logging in to Apple related that require your Apple ID. Just grasping here, it may change nothing.
