The problem was that for some reason DB didn’t close and interfered with anything I tried to do. Finally, I was able to close it, so I don’t need to uninstall it.

Dropbox should be in your applications folder, which you access with command plus shift and A. Just highlight it and press command backspace. If your using VoiceOver it should say something like move to trash. But it might come up with an administrator message, I'm not sure on that though. Why do you need to remove it anyway?
