Wave is an iOS app, and a web interface

ZenDesk are a suite of apps which can be downloaded individually depending
on need. I do not know if they have a web portal, but suspect they do. Try
www.zendesk.com
I do all my work on iOS, iPadOS, and Android. So, I have no idea if there
are Mac and / or Windows apps.

That said, it is quite usable. And, it is free unless one uses it for
credit card payments. Those are charged at a low rate. I am using Stripe
for my online credit card processing.
As for my scheduling, I am currently using Google calendar.
If one is ready to pay for CRM, one might try ZenDesk. They have several
apps which work together to be a customisable solution. I do not know about
the accessibility.
I tryed Rounded, but it was not very accessible, so I would avoid that one.
