I'm not sure you are using the correct terminology here, CRM customer relationship management software is what a call centre would use for logging incoming / outgoing calls to service teams or customers.
If you are looking for something to log accounts / accounting billing related information Then may be look at something like XERO! But going back to your cRMS question, have your person check out Dynamic 365 CRM, It's an office 365 or Microsoft 365 package now that is available on ios devices and through the web on mac computers. It has gotten better with accessibility but I've not looked at it for about 6 months so it may have improved or gotten worse.
