Hi July.
I hate my Phone. I've had three of them now and simply haven't spent enough
time learning about the command swipes, so I just use my phone for emergency
cover when in town. Bit of a waste eh? I like my 2013 Macbook pro as it
has a reasonable keyboard with no swip bar and I can use a full size apple
keyboard. So I'm not sure at all about the Air.

Yes I use a Mac with a Touch Bar and really like it it does help with
certain tasks and if you are used to using the iPhone etc getting used to
it is not really to difficult.
