Please share this feedback with Microsoft Outlook. The auto-completion works fine in Apple Mail and in Spotlight. Although accessibility for Outlook on the Mac has come a long way, this is one particular area where it is really lacking. Especially when as a keyboard only user, you do not have to jump to a completely different window in order to get to your choices/options to fill in. A keyboard only user just arrows up and down to get those choices and hits enter on the one that is desired.
