I would choose everyone for starters. If you do Contacts, that would restrict access to only people in your Contacts. Once you choose Everyone, you should see your phone in the device list. Also, you’ll have to make sure Airdrop is available on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Airdrop, and make sure that Everyone is selected there as well. Sorry to have missed that.
