I haven't done this yet completely. I do know that you have to have your Mac and your iPhone airdrop both set to "allow me to be discovered by everyone.. if you tap on the file you want to send and you see your Mac then tap on that. a dialogue is supposed to come up on the Mac asking you where you want the file to go. this is the part I haven't had experience with yet. I don't know if it just happens or if you hve to press command-shift-r in finder on your Mac for it to come up.
