Hi Donna, TouchBar settings have no effect on the behavior of NumberRow keys, when pressing the Fn key, with or without the VO modifier. Fn key by itself does nothing. Fn key plus VO modifier, will allow the NumberRow keys to perform VO functions usually performed when using the VO modifier in combination with F-keys.
