Hi Yuma,

I experience similar issues using german voices. VoiceOver switches between 
voices randomly. But not all the time but sometimes. I’ve been watching the 
voice section in VoiceOver becomming increasingly buggy from OS to OS. 
Hopefully Apple will fix this quickly.
